Our flowers will remain fresh for a guaranteed 5 days (at least). This freshness will also be dependent on the conditions of where you decide to place the flowers e.g. temperature, exposure to sun etc.
If your flowers die or wilt before 5 days, we will refund you. However, if you would like to exchange or refund your flowers 5 days after purchase, you will not be eligible for the refund.
We will only refund damaged or dying/wilting flowers and you will not be able to refund them if you later decide that you no longer like the flowers you have purchased or something along those lines. Only regular priced flowers will be able to be refunded, unfortunately, ones on sale cannot be.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
